First Aid Convention in Europe - 2007

The First Aid Convention in Europe (FACE) was started in 1986. It brings together Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies from across Europe to share first aid practices. One aspect of this international event is the first aid competition: the competition consists of a number of working stations where the team members have to deal with real-life scenarios.

This year, a rugby star – Paul O’Connell – will join the Irish Red Cross to encourage people to learn first aid.
